Refund policy

For non-custom projects, we will provide a full product cost refund or replacement project. You will have 14 days of receiving the project to get in contact with us about the issue. We must receive the project back at the buyers cost in good condition.

For custom projects, we WILL NOT provide a refund. We are willing to make reasonable alterations to the product to help satisfy the buyer. You will have 14 days of receiving the project to get in contact with us about the issue.
