We've added some new features for the smoker. We have added a tray to hold your smoker and four tins of wood to smoke.

The smoker is made from oak. The same material that bourbon is stored in.

Pour your whiskey / bourbon in your glass, put the smoker on top, add some white oak shaving (supplied in a metal tin) and use a mini blow torch. Smoke will go into the glass and give your whiskey / bourbon an awesome smoke taste.

You can also add a custom logo to the lower section of the smoker. We'll need the artwork in vector format, text format, or high resolution format.

The glass is not included in this kit.

  • Made from oak (same wood that bourbon is stored in).
  • The wood chips come in oak, cherry, alder, hickory, apple.
  • If buying individually, I’m providing one can of wood chips.
  • If buying the set that has the tray (gift set), I’m providing four cans of wood chips.
  • I’ve also put together a tray for vendors that holds six cans of wood chips and six smokers.
  • Both trays and can be personalized with a logo, initial, phrase, etc… that is etched into the wood.
  • The smoker can also have an etching into the wood. If I’m selling individually, I have my logo but if a distillery is selling them, I suggest their logo.
  • I have some distilleries / bars that have bought 2 or 3 to use themselves but I have some distilleries that are reselling them with their own logo.
  • When operating the smoker, you need a small pinch of wood chips in the bowl. If you have your bourbon/whiskey on the rocks (or cold beer), you can place the glass below the smoker and the cold will pull the smoke in.
  • If you are smoking a glass (ie: your whiskey/bourbon/tequila/wine is room temperature), you can place the glass up-side-down on top of the smoker.
  • Some of the distilleries are making gift kits with a glass and smoker added to a bottle of their whiskey/bourbon.
  • I started talking to breweries about barrel aged stouts and giving their stouts an extra kick of smokey taste. There’s a lot of interest. This is also an interesting branding opportunity with their logo. I can also see the breweries selling their $25 bottle of barrel aged brew as a gift set with the smoker.
  • A winery was telling me they need some of their wine smoked as well and this smoker would work well with it.
